ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DIRECT FROM OUR UK WORKSHOP. WE OFFER TWO SHIPPING OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM.

Standard Economy Delivery - a great value option if you don't mind waiting a few weeks for your order. It usually takes between 10 - 15 working days from dispatch. Please check your shipping confirmation email and allow this time before contacting us about tracking information. Most parcels will arrive within this period. 

Expedited Delivery - If you would prefer a faster shipping service and need your order quickly, please select this option. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note: orders placed  Friday-Sunday will not dispatch until the following week.

Lead Times - please double check the top of the product description for any important lead time information. Due to recent high demand, some products have an extended timescale for us to process the order and dispatch the item.

RETURNS
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item, all products should be unused, in original packaging and in 'as new' condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if you decide to return your order and the shipping cost to return the item are the responsibility of the customer.
